David P. Ginzberg attended the University of Miami where he obtained his Doctorate of Law and graduated in 1984. In October of 1989, Mr. Ginzberg initiated his own practice so that he could better serve the needs of his Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County clientele. Mr. Ginzberg is qualified to practice before the Florida Civil and Criminal Courts, the US District Court and Southern District. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Academy of Justice Association, The Palm Beach Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
