Our firm participates in the Modern Inns of Court movement through membership in the Anthony M Kennedy Inn of Court. In addition one of our firm members was previously appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court to assist it in formulating new regulations governing the practice of law in Nevada. One of our firm members also drafted language which was later adopted by the California Legislature to govern the practice of law in California. Our firm has assisted a number of programs providing help to communities including Habitat for Humanity, Loaves and Fishes, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, the Sacramento Food Bank, Women Escaping a Violent Environment, Girl Scouts of America, Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue, Voluntary Legal Services, production and posting of Legal Educational Videos, and serving as Judge Pro Tem

Our firm utilizes a large highly trained support staff which provides many services commonly provided by attorneys at other firms. As a result clients pay only for work which is performed specifically by someone working at their highest level of training and experience, whether a lawyer, paralegal, litigation assistant or legal assistant. Work which can be accomplished by a talented support person is never done by a lawyer who costs more. This assures a high quality of service at a reasonable cost.

Our firm handles long-term disability insurance cases covered by ERISA. ERISA governs all benefits provided by, or through, an employer. Due to the complexity of these cases many law firms refuse to handle them. We handle them as well as all claims for long-term disability insurance coverage.
