Firm History

Our firm was formed in 2009, in the midst of the recession. We understand people are struggling financially and we strive to make the legal process affordable. Our firm is efficient, and we pass that savings on to our clients.

Example Cases

Mr. Cutter won an appeal in a Family Law matter in 1999 where he represented a mother whose parental rights were being trampled upon by wealthy paternal grandparents. He argued before the New Mexico Court of Appeals and won.
