Firm History

Christopher Braddock has over 17 years experience defending the criminally accused. He has successfully defended thousands of clients throughout the state, winning numerous criminal jury trials. Because of his results, prosecutors have come to respect him as an adversary. This often allows Mr. Braddock to achieve results for his clients without the necessity of proceeding to trial.

Example Cases

A client was charged with 13 counts of unlawful sexual behavior and sexual assault, after a 5 day trial, the client was acquitted of all charges. Another client was charged with attempted murder. He was identified as the shooter by a jailhouse informant who was offered a "sweetheart deal" in exchange for his testimony. On the day of trial, the case was dismissed. Another client was accused of aggravated assault with a knife on two individuals. After exhaustive investigation and a 5 day trial, client was found innocent.
