Joe and Mike write articles, blogs and teach CLE's (continued legal education programs) all of the time. A major part of what we do is to educate people about their rights.
Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?
Not usually.
Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
We will meet with people for free and make sure that they are aware of their rights.
Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?
We usually don't see that type of thing in our line of work, but again we will meet with people for free and make sure they are aware of their rights.
What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?
There is no hourly billing in our work.
How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?
All the time. You have to go through ADR before you go to trial.
Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?
Yes, we talk to people for free all the time.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
Hard work, experience, and getting to the story behind every clients loss.
