What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

While it is always good for people to learn about the issues they are facing, much of the information on the internet is either false or misleading. It is very easy for a person to become confused and angry when trying to sort out their legal issues alone. It is always best to consult with a legal professional to ensure the preservation of all of your rights.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Whenever a case can be resolved without having to litigate in front of a judge, Borzilleri Law Office takes advantage of that opportunity. This saves the client time, energy, stress, and most importantly money.
