Booth & Koskoff began as the Law Offices of Lawrence R. Booth in 1984. At the time, Larry Booth had been practicing law for 25 years and had been handling catastrophic personal injury cases for most of that time. In founding his own firm, Larry wanted to focus on a limited number of major catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in a small firm environment. Richard Koskoff, a former criminal defense attorney, joined the firm soon after it opened, and Roger Booth, after six years with a large firm in San Francisco, followed in 1997.
Today, Booth & Koskoff is among a handful of elite law firms in Southern California that specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
We are very knowledgeable about the details and nuances of personal-injury law. As importantly, we have access to the financial resources required to see a lengthy, difficult case all the way through to its successful conclusion with no out-of-pocket costs ever charged to our clients.
Over the years, the attorneys of Booth & Koskoff have obtained over 70 verdicts and settlement of $1,000,000 or more and have recovered a total of over $300 million on behalf of our clients.
In addition to our proven results, we have earned a high reputation for integrity and our personal, compassionate approach to helping our clients.
