Flat fee of $2,000 for most DUIs and misdemeanors (does not include representation at trial); Personal injury cases often taken on contingency fee basis (25% of settlement; 33% of trial judgment, subject to variation depending on case).

$250 per hour for attorney services; $115 per hour for paralegal services.
