Example Cases

We had a client come to our firm in the midst of a bankruptcy with another law firm in Las Vegas. The other firm was attempting to charge our client over $14,000 dollars in attorney fees to be in a chapter 11 bankruptcy. The client wanted to stay in a chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding. We were able to keep the client in a chapter 13 with payments to the Trustee of only $261.00, thereby lowering her trustee payment and exceeding her expectations. We also have had numerous high income individuals who were told by other firms they would not qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. We have been able to successfully obtain a chapter 7 discharge for a number of these individuals based on our intimate knowledge of the bankruptcy code.

Individuals should be knowledgeable about their important legal issues; however they should rely on expert advice to properly resolve those issues. A trained legal professional can identify key issues a layman would not know to look for in their case.

Due to efficient use of technology and controlling overhead, Robertson and Benevento uses a senior attorney to personally handle or oversee every aspect of a client's case. Even though our packaged prices are competitive, our attorneys are more involved in our clients' cases then our competitors.
