Our practice has been almost completely limited to consumer debtor bankruptcy for the past ten (10) years. We file about equal numbers of chapter 7 cases as chapter 13 cases. Our chapter 13 practice primarily involves stopping home foreclosures and giving the clients up to five (5) years to bring their notes current.
