Yes the initial consultation is free. The first hour is free. Any additional consultation is $150 per hour.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Yes, I offer flat rates for pretrial representation. However each flat rate is dependent upon the particular case. If a prospective client mentions Nolo I would be willing to give them $100 off.

My regular hours are 8:30-5:00 p.m. However I take calls after hours as well. My receptionist Connie handles the after hours calls.

Office Manager

I have two. Connie is my receptionist when my regular assistant is not in the office, and during the evening hours. My regular hours assistant is Jackie.

The personal attention my clients receive distinguishes my firm from others. When a client calls me, it is my policy to return that phone call the same day.

I encourage my clients to be familiar with the law. In fact I take steps to educate my clients so that they are able to make informed decisions about their case, and not rely solely on my professional opinion.
