In personal injury claims, the firm only gets paid if we are successful. There is no economic risk our clients.
With respect to criminal cases, our firm approach has always been to offer a flat fee rate for services so our clients are aware from day one what the total cost will be.
On cases that we can't charge a flat fee or if a client wishes to pay hourly, we are very sensitive to making sure that we control costs to client at all times. Of course, the attorney does all essential legal work, however, tasks such as copying, data entry, etc., can be done by a paralegal or secretary at a much lower cost to the client.
We are constantly utilizing mediation and arbitration as tools to help resolve cases. Our clients often find this option more attractive than going to court or, in certain circumstances, helping expedite their case that may already be in court.
We will take on a small number of pro bono cases. We are actively involved in the community with active participation in youth basketball and youth softball. We are supporters of multiple Boston charities and youth organizations.
We are a very diverse law firm that can cater to most of legal needs of our clients. While a large portion of our practice is devoted to personal injury and criminal defense matters, our firm is large enough to handle other matters for our clients, such as real estate issues, contracts, divorce, debt issues, licensing, and just about any other legal matter.
We pride ourselves in establishing long term relationships with our clients so that whenever an unexpected legal situation arises our clients know who to call.
We encourage clients to educate themselves if they wish.
