I provide pro bono legal services to several tax exempt, public benefit entities. I do not provide pro bono legal services to individuals.

Hourly Rates
$250/hr for attorney time; $125/hr for paralegal time.
Free Initial Consultation?
Free initial consultation is available only for estate planning clients. For all other matters, the initial consultation is either billed at $250/hr for work done based on time spent or included in the set fee for work done based on a set fee. A written retainer agreement is used in all cases.

A retainer is required for all work and varies depending on the nature of the work.

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.
