I am a solo practitioner and manage the number of cases and clients that I accept. Every person's situation is different and requires a unique perspective from a skilled attorney in order to achieve their legal objectives. By managing the number of cases accepted, I am able to devote the necessary time and resources to each of my clients.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

In general, not often, particularly in bankruptcy matters.
