We assist financially troubled individuals, couples and businesses in obtaining bankruptcy relief. Bankruptcy issues often involve other areas of law. Because our practice includes estate planning and estate administration, business and real estate law, we provide the expertise rarely found in a small law firm.

Firm History

Our partners possess over 45 years of real world experience in law, real estate and business operations.

Activities and Awards

I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Nolo's Licensing Check

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
