We limit our practice to Bankruptcy to stay expert and current.
Example cases• We regularly consolidate many bills often totaling well over $100,000 into whatever payment the client can afford. After typically, three years of payments any balances are forgiven and our clients are typically debt-free.
• Our clients with steady employment typically see their credit score going back up within 12 to 18 months after they file a Debt Adjustment case.
• Our client might instead elect to file a Full Bankruptcy if they qualify and elect Full Bankruptcy.
• We typically begin representing a client with creditors once we have met and have been paid a $200 fee. This typically reduces collection pressure while you prepare and pay for your Debt Adjustment or Full Bankruptcy.

We limit our practice to Bankruptcy so we will stay good at what we do. We have neighborhood offices and evening and weekend hours available by appointment as many of our clients have rigid work schedules. We also offer very workable payment plans.
We make a great effort to ensure that our clients understand exactly how their case works. We hate surprises and know that our client's share this. We educate or clients to avoid surprises.
We do this in every case.
