In the late 1980s and early 1990s, there were very few Omaha bankruptcy lawyers using any sort of technology. Personal computers were relatively still new and the incredible power and accuracy that is available through bankruptcy specific programs and spreadsheets were just in their infancy.
Before attending law school, John Turco graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He immediately saw the potential for providing better, faster and less expensive bankruptcy services to people. John observed that many of the bankruptcy cases and plans being submitted at that time to the Bankruptcy Court were objected to or outright failed because there wasn't enough accuracy and detail put into the necessary documents. So, John went to work on developing some of the best computer bankruptcy systems anywhere using his knowledge of Computer Science and programming.
Today, the core of those systems and their many updates are still in use and are unique and not available to other bankruptcy attorneys. Even in the 21st century, you simply cannot find commercially available bankruptcy software that comes anywhere near what is in use at John T. Turco & Associes. The passion for accuracy, precision and the desire to to provide his clients with the most effective representation available is the genesis of the firm's passionate focus on bankruptcy law.
John Turco and his associate attorneys have some of the most intense and detailed bankruptcy knowledge in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area. John has been practicing bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1989. John's computer science undergraduate degree at Creighton University combined with his Juris Doctor degree from the Creighton School of Law in 1989 is a powerful combination when it comes to practicing bankruptcy law. Frequently, "close" is not good enough. It needs to be exacting to get a successful outcome.
John T. Turco & Associates, P.C., L.L.O. distinguishes itself from others by its deep passion to quality work and the level of professionalism exhibited on each and every case. Anybody can slap together a bankruptcy petition and file it. That's the easy part. Getting it right, and getting it right consistently, is very hard to do. At John T. Turco & Associates, we worry about the details and how our work affects the lives of our clients. We care dearly about what is best for our clients and will not be influenced by any other factors when deciding if and when a bankruptcy filing is needed and advisable.
