Servando Timbol
Servando Timbol obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles. Mr. Timbol attended law school in Orange County at Western State University College of Law under a merit scholarship.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Timbol worked for various financial institutions. Mr. Timbol has a wealth of knowledge in the lending/ financial industry which he gained when he managed several credit unions throughout Southern California. This experience has enabled Mr. Timbol to achieve successful results with business litigation matters as well as foreclosure defense.
During his tenure in law school, Mr. Timbol worked at the Los Angeles City Attorney's office. Mr. Timbol assisted the City of Los Angeles with civil claims filed against the City. Mr. Timbol also worked in private law firms as a law clerk and an attorney. These firms specialized in white collar crimes, civil litigation, personal injury, international trade and customs, business litigation, immigration, and worker's compensation.
Mr. Timbol is an aggressive attorney who enjoys going to court. Mr. Timbol prides himself on his numerous successes in court, especially the victories achieved against large firms.
Mr. Timbol is heavily involved in the Filipino community. He supports various Filipino charitable causes. Mr. Timbol contributes his time, knowledge, and skill to aiding minorities.
Mr. Timbol enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing. He also enjoys competing in triathlons, half-marathons, and marathons.

Sarah Golden
Sarah Golden attended Western State University College of Law under a merit scholarship. She also attended the University of Vienna for numerous months. During her educational studies in Europe, Ms. Golden studies the aspects of business and international law. Sarah now enjoys handling disputes between foreign and United States entities.
Ms. Golden worked as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office Hardcore Gang Unit. During her stint in the Hardcore Gang Unit, Ms. Golden worked on high profile cases involving various Los Angeles Gangs. The knowledge obtained from the District Attorney's Office laid a foundation for Ms. Golden's passion with criminal defense cases.
In addition, Ms. Golden has worked in the mortgage industry for ten years. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Golden worked for, among others, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Greenpoint Mortgage, and CTX Mortgage Company as a mortgage loan underwriter. The vast mortgage experience has enabled Ms. Golden to achieve success in foreclosure defense against large bank firms.
Ms. Golden is relentless in her passion for assisting her clients. She consistently keeps up with new changes in the law and considers herself on the cutting edge of the law. Ms. Golden especially enjoys assisting undocumented individuals and protecting them from overreaching.
In her spare time, Ms. Golden enjoys jogging at the beach. She has completed a total of nine marathons and counting. She also loves animals and devotes time to animal advocacy causes

Matthew Nietschke
Mr. Nietschke began working with our firm in September of 2011 and was made a partner in January of 2012. Mr. Nietschke specializes in all forms of real estate litigation but has had significant experience in foreclosure litigation. Mr. Nietschke was an essential part of the team that litigated the Mabry decision (Mabry v. Superior Court (2010) 185 Cal.App.4th 208) granting homeowners across the state of California a private right to a cause of action under Civil Code section 2923.5. This case initiated Mr. Nietschkeâs passion for assisting homeowners who have been unfairly treated by the banks.
Mr. Nietschke received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law. While in school, he spent a summer clerking for the San Joaquin County Public Defender's Office where he gained considerable experience in criminal law and motion. This experience has given Mr. Nietschke the tools to take on complex criminal law cases.
Mr. Nietschke spent the remainder of his time clerking within a small Orange County office where he learned the essentials of business litigation and personal injury practice. Mr. Nietschke currently devotes a large amount of his practice to business litigation matters and personal injury cases. Mr. Nietschke holds a Bachelors Degree from the California State University of Monterey Bay.
