Servando Timbol obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles. Mr. Timbol attended law school in Orange County at Western State University College of Law under a merit scholarship.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Timbol worked for various financial institutions. Mr. Timbol has a wealth of knowledge in the lending/ financial industry which he gained when he managed several credit unions throughout Southern California. This experience has enabled Mr. Timbol to achieve successful results with business litigation matters as well as foreclosure defense.
During his tenure in law school, Mr. Timbol worked at the Los Angeles City Attorney's office. Mr. Timbol assisted the City of Los Angeles with civil claims filed against the City. Mr. Timbol also worked in private law firms as a law clerk and an attorney. These firms specialized in white collar crimes, civil litigation, personal injury, international trade and customs, business litigation, immigration, and worker's compensation.
Mr. Timbol is an aggressive attorney who enjoys going to court. Mr. Timbol prides himself on his numerous successes in court, especially the victories achieved against large firms.
Mr. Timbol is heavily involved in the Filipino community. He supports various Filipino charitable causes. Mr. Timbol contributes his time, knowledge, and skill to aiding minorities.
Mr. Timbol enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing. He also enjoys competing in triathlons, half-marathons, and marathons.
