Estate Planning is the development of a plan for managing your assets and affairs during your lifetime, in case of incapacity, and upon your death. Our attorneys will tailor an estate plan to meet your particular needs. This may involve basic estate planning (e.g. - Wills, Trusts, etc.), advanced estate and tax planning (e.g. - Charitable Trusts, etc.), or planning for persons with a disability or special needs (e.g. - Special Needs Trusts).
Mr. Lindsay earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in Detroit, Michigan, and his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Â Mr. Lindsay is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
James G. Wald is an attorney who is Of Counsel to the Estate Planning & Elder Law Services law firm. Mr. Wald had prior legal experience while he worked at the law firm Sullivan & Leavitt, P.C., where he had a general practice with a focus on estate planning and probate administration.  Before that, Mr. Wald spent over a decade as a senior level marketing executive, during which time he worked on Chrysler's Corporate, General Motors' GMC Truck, and other major, non-automotive advertising accounts.
