How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Over 40 years ago, Richard Donahey started his career representing people who had very little resources on a percentage or contingent basis. Since then, that philosophy of helping people in this manner has blossomed into the present law firm of 7 lawyers who are dedicated to keeping this tradition.

We have some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the state of Ohio and have several record verdicts in several counties. Our record speaks for itself!

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We exclusively represent only people who have suffered from the neglect of others. We do not represent insurance companies! We have the resources to obtain the very best medical and economic experts from across the United State to help build our cases. We front all expenses and only get paid when the client does.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We often use mediation procedures to try to resolve a case before trial. This helps us understand the defenses posed by our opponents and better prepares us for trial.
