Professional Experience
Steven B. Potter has
been representing businesses and individuals in litigation matters
since 1981. His diverse, broad-based practice includes medical
malpractice, business, employment, labor, and construction litigation.
He has counseled businesses and individuals on a variety of issues
relating to non-competition agreements, restrictive covenants and trade
secrets.
Steven possesses substantial first chair jury trial experience. He
regularly practices before state and federal courts and a variety of
state and federal administrative agencies. His knowledge and experience
have been instrumental in obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements
for the firm's clients.
