Dave Hoskins has chosen to practice exclusively bankruptcy law, and specifically representing ordinary people who need bankruptcy relief, because he wants to provide personal service directly to people who need the assistance and who will appreciate a job well done. There is nothing more satisfying to Dave than a client who has achieved significant debt relief and can enjoy a fresh start.
For 22 years, before beginning a practice devoted to bankruptcy law, Dave Hoskins practiced in many areas. His experience in a broad range of laws distinguishes Dave from attorneys who have practiced only bankruptcy law. His prior practice includes: significant experience in real estate transactions and litigation, representation of a fire protections district, acting as a hearing officer in special education due process hearings, a track record of successful experiences in dispute resolution with emphasis upon thorough preparation and leverage analysis for options of settlement or trial, facilitation of thoughtful client decisions making by clearly presented factual and legal analysis and cost/benefit analysis of options.
David C. Hoskins, P.C. is a sole practitioner, with sufficient support staff to represent clients, in a thorough and comprehensive manner. We pride ourselves on being thorough, yet efficient, and taking the time to collect and analyze all the important information, prepare the documents in a manner that gets our clients to a bankruptcy discharge, avoiding the many serious issues that can arise.
