The wide range of emotions that a person may experience can make this process all the more difficult to deal with, particularly when such matters as child custody, child support, spousal support, visitation and property division need to be addressed. Please contact the attorneys at our firm today to discuss your options. You don't have to do this alone!
Our firm has almost three decades of legal experience that we bring to the table. By spending years practicing law, we have been able to gain strategic hands-on experience rather than simple book knowledge. There are simply some things that can't be taught, but rather have to be learned through experience. By spending so much time practicing family law throughout the San Fernando Valley, we have learned these lessons and are better able to represent our clients because of it. One of our founding attorneys, Nelson Cutter, is also a reserve JAG officer. This experience makes us uniquely qualified to help take on cases involving military families. We know military and family law, and are thus able to help in military divorces with more care.
We strongly believe the characteristic which sets our firm apart is the compassion we show our clients. Whereas other firms may operate a âlegal millâ type of setting, attempting to garner as many clients as possible without much care for the quality of their representation, we operate on completely different philosophy. We view our clients as individuals with unique circumstances surrounding the details of their case; in our minds, in order to best represent them, we need to take the time to truly know them. Therefore, we donât treat them like numbers â we get to know them personally. Clients who work with us are never handed off to an inexperienced associate who doesnât know a thing about their case. It is this commitment to one-on-one attention thatâs resulted in clients telling us that we were always personally accessible.
Although all areas of the law are deeply personal, there are few that can touch nerves the way that family law can. This area of the law has the ability to completely contort your entire life â affecting not only your day-to-day living, but also your relationship with ex-spouse, child(ren) and all family members. Our firm is therefore proud to work with individuals and families as they face these emotional, complex areas of the law. From helping military members seeking a divorce, to civilians who are facing the aftermath, we want our clients to know that they have an advocate on their side who is invested in their future. That is the reason that we chose to focus our firm on the complexities centering on issues relating to family law.
