David D. Cook received his Bachelor's Degree from Baylor University in Political Science, where he graduated summa cum laude and as a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, graduating in the top quarter of his class with honors. Mr. Cook was actively involved in law school as an Executive Editor of the SMU Science & Technology Law Review. Mr. Cook currently serves the DFW Community as an estate planning, probate, family law, and business law attorney.

Andrew Gore received his undergraduate degree in Forensic Science from Baylor University. At Baylor, he served as the president of the Beta Upsilon Chi fraternity. Mr. Gore received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Baylor University School of Law where he was a member of Baylor's Order of Barristers. During his time at Baylor Law, Mr. Gore clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge Jeffery C. Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
