Ms. Roudybush has worked hard to position the firm as a national leader on mortgage banking, foreclosure and housing issues. Ms. Roudybush has served as General Counsel to a national mortgage servicing company and has represented both primary and secondary investors in virtually all aspects of mortgage banking including regulatory compliance. Recently, Ms. Roudybush was selected to serve on the Mortgage Banker's Association,Secondary and Capital Markets subcommittee's "Advocacy Efforts for Frank-Dodd Act Implementation" task force. In addition, Ms. Roudybush has co-authored legislation introduced in the Virginia Legislature to improve the foreclosure process in Virginia and to adopt a homeowners' bill of rights. She has made several news media appearances to discuss the mortgage crisis and has hosted CBS and WMAL news radio shows covering the nation's foreclosure crisis. She has also served as a consultant to the nation's largest mortgage consulting firm and continues to advise consumers and industry professionals on a national level.
