Ms. Borman has been practicing law since 1994. She came to College Station soon after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law where she graduated cum laude, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas Tech University in December of 1990, where she finished magna cum laude. Channa strives for excellence and believes that anyone can accomplish their dreams with determination, perseverance and a little luck. Channa has a vision for her office and tries, in all of her decisions, to make that vision a reality.
Channa has been involved in many organizations, on both the local and state levels. She is a past president of the Brazos Valley Young Lawyers Association and served as the Social Committee Chair of the Brazos County Bar Association from 1996 to 2000. Channa was also active on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors of the Texas Young Lawyers Association from 1998 through 2000 and was one of two nominees for President-Elect of the Texas Young Lawyers Association in 2000. She ran a state-wide campaign and met many attorneys all across Texas. She was humbled by her nomination and recalls the experience as one for which she will always be grateful.

Channa also teaches in the paralegal program at the Bryan Campus of Blinn College. Her classes are Legal Research and Civil Litigation. Channa is married to Tom, the best father in the world, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Emma and Lilly. Channaâs practice consists mostly of family law and civil litigation matters.
