Dustin T. Bower
Attorney/Owner

Dustin Bower is the founder and owner of Bower Law Office, PC. He focuses 100% of his time to bankruptcy law, servicing the entire metro area and beyond, including as far north as Duluth and as far south as Rochester. Mr. Bower is a graduate of Hamline School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.

Mr. Bower makes it a priority to treat every client with the respect they deserve. He has seen bankruptcy happen to close friends and relatives, and knows firsthand how stressful and challenging it can be. DON’T WORRY, he will not judge you. No matter how bad the situation, he is here to help. Mr. Bower’s goal is to help all clients achieve a fresh start in life. His favorite saying is “Don’t think of this as a last resort, think of this as your first step in a new direction”. He has seen how bankruptcy has helped hundreds of clients achieve a much happier, less stressful life. He firmly believes it can happen for you as well.

Mr. Bower currently sits on the Paralegal Advisory Board for Inver Hills Community College where he mentors paralegal interns; is on the Pro Bono Committee for the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section; and is an active member of Volunteer Lawyers Network. He is also in the process of working closely with Hamline School of Law to create a Bankruptcy Advice Clinic.

Alicia A. Jelliff
Paralegal

Alicia Jelliff brings a wealth of knowledge to Bower Law Office through her previous work in two of the top financial services companies as an assistant to a financial planner. She is a skilled & dedicated professional with demonstrated capacity to provide comprehensive support to Mr. Bower and his clients. Her customer service is on display whenever she interacts with a client, whether in person, on the phone, or by email. She strives to make this difficult process as easy as possible for the clients of Bower Law Office.

Ms. Jelliff is currently working towards obtaining her Paralegal Certificate at Hamline University. Her goal is to bring her understanding of financial planning into a career of work side by side with attorneys in the field of bankruptcy law.

Debra Burdick
Paralegal

Ms. Burdick brings over a decade of experience to filing bankruptcies. She has filed thousands of cases, and can handle any situation our clients bring in.

Ms. Burdick specializes in making our clients feel at home. This is a stressful experience, and Debra wants each and every client to feel better walking out our door, than they did walking in. Our clients have the nicest things to say about her. "She made me fee so much better" is the biggest compliment we get.
