• I represented a small boy and his family who had sustained a mild traumatic brain injury in an auto versus pedestrian accident, with contested liability. During the course of the trial, the case resolved for a combined total of 2.5 million dollars with all of the defendants.

• I represented a young man who ran into an overturned vehicle on the freeway. At first the claim was denied; however, as a result of my investigation, I was able to present additional evidence to the defendant's insurance company. After a failed mediation and prior to initiating litigation, the defendant's insurance company tendered their policy limits of $100,000.
