I have been an attorney in the State of Georgia for 34 years, having become a lawyer in 1978. I represent persons in Social Security Disability cases, as well as workers compensation claims and bankruptcy matters.
This firm has been designated a debt relief agency under an Act of Congress. We help people obtain debt relief under the Federal Bankruptcy laws.
Due to attorney-client privilege, I am unable to provide example cases.

It is very interesting.
I am a proponent of self-education. However, I believe that individuals who do so must approach a resolution to their problems with the knowledge that they are not trained in the law, and should be cautious in finalizing their attempt without assistance from a professional.
I would be willing to review such documents but, only in an in-person consultation with such persons.
I am unwilling to coach clients who want to represent themselves.
I began my law career as a law clerk to a Georgia Superior Court Judge in 1978. Following that, I was an assistant District Attorney for the Waycross Judicial Circuit. I have been in private practice since 1980 with other lawyers in Waycross, Georgia, Folkston, Georgia and Homerville, Georgia. I have been a trial lawyer and lead counsel in hundreds of cases in insurance law, automobile accident law, workers compensation law, and social security law and bankruptcy law.
Life experience: My mother raised me and believed in the "golden rule": "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". That is the creed I have lived my life by.
Knowledge assisted by patience.
Personal interests:Swimming and reading.
