I have handled a number of difficult cases including a move-away case that involved a lot of litigation, testimony and motions. I finally did get the move-away after many hours of hard, complex work.

I have also dealt with both battered women and battered husband cases, hidden asset cases and cases in which both parties wanted a pound of flesh. The latter are not pleasant.

I have some fixed-fees for simple prenuptial agreements and simple wills and trusts.
