Mr. William Bradford is the senior member of the firm of BRADFORD LADNER, LLP. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1993 after graduating from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is a native of Byram, Mississippi, and moved to Birmingham, Alabama to attend law school in 1990.
During his 19 years of practice, Mr. William Bradford has handled numerous jury trials in both State and Federal courts. He has counseled individual and corporate clients from both the plaintiff as well as the defense prospective. Mr. Bradford's case experience includes a broad range, including the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, defense of workers compensation claims, declaratory judgments concerning insurance coverage issues, as well as the defense in criminal cases.
Mr. William Bradford is peer rated as BV by Martindale-Hubble. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Birmingham Bar Association, The Legal Writing Institute, Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Greater Birmingham Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is currently serving as the Vice President of the Greater Birmingham Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Mr. Bradford has extensive experience handling appellate matters. His appellate experience includes numerous appearances for oral argument before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court and the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.
Mr. Bradford's appellate experience is particularly valuable because oral argument is presently being granted in only a very small number of cases in the appellate courts of Alabama.

Amber L. Ladner's background in social work and her psychology degree have helped her to become trusted legal counsel for countless clients. She has worked extensively in divorce law, family law, juvenile court law, and criminal defense. Ms. Ladner also serves as the President Elect of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and is a past President of the Greater Birmingham Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
