We were established in 1996 when we left the States Attorney's Office after obtaining valuable trial experience and establishing solid relationships with judges and courthouse personnel.

Our focus is to provide the highest level of legal representation. We strive to win your case at trial. If trial is not an option for your case, then we will utilize our expertise, skills and connections to reduce your penalties on your case to the bare minimum.

Example cases

First Degree Murder: Won the case after we established the state's key eyewitness drank 12 bottles of beer before viewing the fight and that he was in no physical position to actually see who delivered the fatal blow in a huge bar fight.

Aggravated DUI: Breath result of .21 was thrown out on technical grounds. We then proceeded to jury trial where we convinced 12 people from the community that our client passed the field sobriety tests and was found not guilty. His case was subsequently expunged.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We strongly encourage clients to study the law, read all police reports in their case, and actively participate in their legal defense.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We review and discuss all documents submitted to us by our clients. We value our close relationships with our clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We do not recommend clients represent themselves. I wouldn't operate on myself; I'd let the doctor do it.
