Our firm was created in 1993 in San Diego during a recession. Even with the economy we were able to start and grow our firm by providing top notch service to our clients. Those clients then went on to tell more clients about us.

The focus of our firm is providing our clients with timely, responsive, and accurate information and advice for their legal matters.

Example cases

Our typical case is a single person or married couple that for a number of reasons- lost a job, had a medical issue, tried to start a business, tried to keep a business going, divorce, etc., and have gotten behind on their payments. This then leads to harassing phone calls multiple times a day, all day long. This then leads to being served a lawsuit or many lawsuits. The creditors start trying to collect on their judgments by garnishing paychecks or freezing bank accounts. We strive to provide all of our clients all the protections that the US Bankruptcy Code provides. We give them hope and provide them protection from their creditors.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

I provide my clients with a fixed priced bankruptcy once I know what the details of their case are. Generally, the price ranges from $1,300 to $2,000. The filing fee of $299 is not included in that cost.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I enjoy bankruptcy because it provides client with quick remedies to their problems.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I am all for open information either through online resources or physical books. It is good to understand the area of the law that is particularly affecting someone. However, information without experience and knowledge can be dangerous. It is not enough just to know the information; you need to know how to apply it to your situation. That is what a good attorney provides.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am always willing to provide whatever service I can for my clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am not willing to do this. I do not think I can provide a proper level of service to parties looking for an attorney to coach them.

Unlike other new attorneys that start off their legal career, I had real world experience in my career as a San Diego Police Officer. Having a job before law school was a great experience for me. It made me better able to listen and understand people. By doing so, I was able to better represent them in their legal matters.
