I am a solo practitioner which means I take responsibility for all aspects of my practice, including returning phone calls in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours). When my law firm provides services, you can be assured it is a practicing licensed lawyer who is providing those services. I enjoy self-employment, but also associate with other attorneys as needed.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
I believe that it is an advantage for clients to educate themselves with respect to legal and other matters relating to their activities. However, it is my duty to help my clients with respect to various legal matters whether or not they are knowledgeable about the subject matter.
Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?
Willing on occasion, however, it is typically more cost-effective for my office to simply prepare documents at the outset.

In your initial case consultation, I will evaluate your case and discuss all options with you so that we can both decide how best to proceed.
Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
I decided to become a lawyer so that I may help people with their legal problems. I am also intrigued with legal analysis and strategy.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
I think that my educational background and work experiences, both before and after becoming a lawyer, have made me a better lawyer.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
I enjoy civil litigation, and being part of a process that searches for the truth.

I am analytical, meticulous and diligent. I am a problem-solver. My style is informal; however, my focus is zealous representation.
