The firm is dedicated to aggressively defending people whose rights and liberty are threatened by criminal charges.
The firm was established at the end of 2008 while I was working primarily for a family law and civil law firm. Because my practice grew so quickly, I only had time for criminal defense matters. I left the family law office and began solely doing criminal defense work.
The first trial I had was a bench trial on a domestic violence case and my client was acquitted of all charges against him. I routinely am able to get charges dismissed and reduced, which include dismissal of felonies, or felonies being reduced to misdemeanors, misdemeanors to a lower misdemeanor, or even a misdemeanor to an infraction.
