Clients are always welcome to educate themselves, which is why our law firm publishes an informative blog concerning legal issues and changes in Missouri law that would affect personal injury victims. It is always smart to discuss your legal issues with a lawyer, even if you find an answer on the internet or from a friend. The laws are always changing and only an experienced lawyer can give you the "right" answer.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

Founding partner Stephen Schultz decided to become a lawyer when he was seriously injured in a car accident during college. He was given the run-around by the insurance company that insured the negligent driver. He felt like he was being "victimized twice" and vowed from that day forward to assist others in his position. This level of personal experience and commitment cannot be matched by any other lawyer.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

We fight each day against big insurance companies, trucking companies, and drug companies on behalf of our injured clients. We do this in the hopes that the future for our children will be a safe place. This mentality keeps us sharp and well-respected by our adversaries. In the end, our level of dedication benefits our clients with full and fair compensation.

What do you like best about your career?

We like putting our client's stress at ease by taking over their case and equaling the scales against a negligent driver, insurance company, trucking company, or pharmaceutical corporation. We go home at night to our families knowing that our day was spent 'fighting the good fight' and hopefully making the world a safer place for our children.

Each client is provided the cell phone number of their lawyer. We are committed to constant open communication between client and lawyer. Our support staff is very compassionate with each client. The last thing we ever want is a client sitting at home stressing out about their case.

What are your strengths and style?
