The Galewski Law Group, P.A. has been serving Tampa Bay for over five years. We started as part of a multi-national law firm and separated to start a new type of practice with a focus on the individual instead of large business. We offer the same great legal representation that big businesses demand but with a personal and committed touch.
We focus on the individual and small business entity in various areas of Litigation and Legal Representation. Each attorney has their own specialties ranging from Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Litigation, Family Law and Divorce, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury.
Represented the Chapter 7 trustee in a multi-million dollar condo conversion - in which we reinstated the conversion project and sold the going concern.
Represented various individuals with high net worth in asset protection against otherwise toxic real property.

When I was a summer associate I worked for one of the world's largest financial institutions. My job was to evaluate a large company that the client wanted to buy out of bankruptcy. I sank the deal in a week after learning some very bad facts about the debtor company. The client was very happy and I became fascinated with finance, bankruptcy and real estate.
Often the case presented is the most intimate and important detail in the client's life at the moment and possibly for years to come. The client should take every step to ask questions and educate him or herself of the process. However, they should be cautions of where they get their information and make certain that they are talking to a professional with experience in that particular field of law. If they are no comfortable they should seek other counsel until they are comfortable that they will be treated properly. We strive to inform our clients of what is going on and at the very least we are certain that our clients know what is expected of them.
This is a daily part of the legal representation. Often clients will bring us documents from other parts of their lives and ask our opinion. This helps us to be certain that our clients truly earns their fresh start and moves in the correct direction.
We attempt to do this when possible, but the client must understand that we can only do so much without entering the case. Once we are in the case we often are there until a judge states otherwise.
Prior employment before Galewski Law Group, P.A. include Buchanan Ingersol, White & Case, the European Union, Department of Integration, The New York Supreme Court, Office of Rick Lazio, U.S. Congressman from NY-R2, the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Hillsborough County Public Defender.
I am educated in the best school in the state, best law school in the south. I have previously worked as a hill staffer to a U.S Congressman and have worked drafting legislation and with judges adjudicating that same legislation. Having worked on each side of the legal system has given me a unique perspective into how best to solve my client's problems or how best to fight for them.
My large firm background and prior experience working with the U.S Congress and various courts gives me a diligent and logical approach to best help and evaluate my clients' situations. This approach reduces the emotional urge to rush in and fight regardless of possible outcomes as many others often do. We look for the most cost effective alternative to obtain the desired results for the client and then execute the plan. Focusing on reasonable goals and providing quality service helps us to be consistent and productive.
Personal interests:My family, water sports on Tampa Bay, and the Florida Gators.
