What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Due to their complex nature, personal injury claims should be handled by a professional. Clients should focus their efforts on rehabilitating their lives and leave the legal issues to me and my legal team.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I will gladly review all documents that may be relevant to the case. The more knowledge that I have regarding the claim and the associated situation, the better prepared I am to build a case.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

While growing up, I watched my father (now my partner) protect the rights of people injured through no fault of their own. I respected the courage he showed doing so and wanted to follow in his footsteps.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My entire career has been spent handling complex personal injury matters. This experience allows me to represent injury victims in all personal injury cases, no matter how complicated they may be.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose personal injury because I like the challenge of protecting the "little guy" against large insurance companies and corporations.

What do you like best about your career?

I love the ability to help. Personal injury cases are extremely personal and require an invested interest into the welfare of the clients. I am blessed to be allowed to work closely with my clients to help in their times of need.

Tell us about your law firm:

I take great pride in being a founding member of Arizona's premier personal injury law firm. I work with a wonderful team that each brings something unique and fresh to the table. Together, we are able to provide our clients with the highest level of legal representation in catastrophic injury cases.

What are your strengths and style?

I am a perfectionist and give every matter the effort necessary to achieve a positive result for my clients.

Personal Interests:

I am married and am proud to have two wonderful children. When I am not busy at work, I spend time with my family. Being able to spend time with them is a joy I never take for granted.
