Firm Focus and History

My firm focuses on the victims of all kinds of personal injuries no matter the individual circumstances that are surrounding their unique case. By working closely with my clients and evaluating each case with the personalized attention that it deserves.

I established my firm in the early months of 2006 to give the people in the Tampa area the representation they needed to help pursue maximum monetary compensation.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe that clients should make an effort to keep themselves educated so that they can make informed decisions about the legal issues that will be making such a large impact on their future. I am always willing to help them in this endeavor.

I believe that all documents that will help me in my efforts to assist my clients should be reviewed.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In my initial case consultation, I am more than willing to discuss my client's unique circumstances with them so that we can decide what the best way that I can help them is.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I wanted to become a lawyer because I love the constant challenge of the law. There is never an easy, cookie-cutter approach and I appreciate the constantly changing dynamics. I love being able to apply myself to come up with the best solution for each different circumstance.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My previous experience working to defend the entities accused of causing a personal injury gives me a unique and thorough understanding of the legal aspects surrounding personal law. I am best able to understand how the defense will be thinking and working, because I was there before and can therefore come up with the strongest attack possible.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I know personal injuries are life-altering and can forever change the path of a person's life. I think it is vitally important that they be treated with the legal prowess and attention that they deserve so that the victim can move forward as easily as possible.

What do you like best about your career?

I love the challenge of it, how it is something that you constantly need to apply yourself to. It's never stagnant or boring, and the chance to make a difference in people's lives in such a troubling time is incredibly enriching.

I am a solo practitioner, so every person who comes to work with my firm can be confident that they will be given the personalized attention of myself without fear of being passed off to a less experienced or dedicated attorney.

What are your strengths and style?

I am aggressive and knowledgeable about the legal process surrounding personal injury and am therefore able to take all necessary steps towards getting monetary compensation. I am not afraid to go whatever lengths it takes and this dedicated, fearless approach has helped me carve out the track record that I've created for myself.
