What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe that clients should have a foundation of knowledge to base their decisions on. It is unwise to think that clients will become experts on law - that's what I'm here for - but they should not enter into a personal injury claim without at least some understanding of the subject.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

My answer to this question will vary depending on several factors - such as the case, the client and the document in question. To get a more detailed answer, I encourage you to call my firm so that we can discuss your case.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am unable to provide a blanket yes or no to this question - to fully be able to answer this, I will need to review your case and discuss all of your legal options with you.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I decided to become a lawyer because I love a challenge (educating myself on the law is a constant one). I love the ability to problem solve and to fight to protect my clients. I know that I can really make a difference in the lives of my clients and I work exhaustively to help them achieve their just outcome when it is needed most.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My experience dealing with complex litigation has proven to be invaluable in my time spent as a personal injury lawyer. I have an in-depth understanding of personal injury law that has given me an advantage as I fight to provide my clients with the supportive and compassionate assistance that they deserve.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose personal injury law because I have seen how difficult the aftermath of an accident can be on the lives of victims. Without the proper amount of assistance, they can be left to suffer without relief. By serving as a personal injury attorney, I am able to help provide assistance - giving guidance that will help them to overcome the odds that they are facing as they fight for just monetary compensation.

What do you like best about your career?

I love the ability to help. Serving as an attorney gives me the opportunity to make a personal difference - I am not apathetically pushing papers, I am working with clients to help them get their lives back on track.
