The Siemon Law Firm opened its first office in 2005.

Our firm is dedicated to representing clients in divorce and family law matters such as child custody, contempt, child support issues, adoption, family violence, enforcement of court orders and modification actions.

1. At The Siemon Law Firm, we believe in working hard to win a positive outcome for our clients. We recently had a young man come to us saying that his wife had made horrible false allegations against him and as a result had received an ex-parte Family Violence Protective Order against him. We did everything in our power to research the situation, talk to witnesses and gather evidence for trial. We were able to successfully disprove her false allegations and reunite this loving father with his children.

2. We recently had a mother of three who had stayed home and raised her children for many years while her husband worked and earned a substantial income. The husband was very unappreciative of his wife's contributions to the marriage and was threatening to leave her homeless and destitute in the divorce action. We were able to secure generous alimony and child support for the wife as well as a substantial portion of the marital assets. We were also able to keep her in the home where the children had always lived.
