I gain particular satisfaction in helping consumers who find themselves in debt for reasons beyond their control. I enjoy seeing them back on their feet.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Clients should read about bankruptcy law so they can ask questions and weigh their alternatives.

Clients are welcome to make suggestions regarding all documents prepared by this office.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am unwilling to consider a client as co-counsel for ethical reasons. Absolute control of the case is lost when another interjects on or participates in the legal game plan.

Roger A. Moore

I served as law clerk to a United States District Court Judge from 1974 through 1975. I also served as county attorney for Onslow County from December 1977 through December 2004. I was a former Chapter 7 trustee.

I served with the US Army in Vietnam from 1969-1970, and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious achievement in Vietnam.

We pay close attention to the day to day needs of our existing clients.
