Firm Focus and History
Our firm concentrates in the areas of Immigration, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, and Elder Law.
Our practice was established in 2006. We named it The Alberto Brothers Law Firm, because we felt that our approach to law and the type of clients we sought were centered around Family Values. Presenting ourselves as "brothers" as opposed to "Alberto and Alberto", we felt, generates a more intimate relationship with our clients. Because of our ethnic background, our family business (which is real estate) and the location of our headquarters (Ocean County, a high concentration of seniors), we decided to concentrate in Immigration, Real Estate, and Elder Law, respectively. Our motto is "Come. Build. Prosper.".
Previous Employment Summary
I practiced in a small, real estate/land use boutique firm in Bergen County, New Jersey before opening up our practice.

I think it is important.
Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

If it is a case that I think they can do themselves.
