We offer free phone consultations for clients in need of a legal service that we provide. When necessary we offer in-office free consultations for the same clients who are not properly serviced by a telephone consultation.
We offer three methods of billing depending on the type of legal service. For example, we would bill hourly for the probate of an estate. We offer flat rate billing for certain legal services including but not limited to evictions, real estate closings and title searches. We offer contingency billing (or a percent of the total settlement) for our insurance and some litigation clients.
Determined by the type and complexity of the case.

I pride myself on being an educated consumer. I often research issues, ranging from medical to financial. Before I make a substantial purchase, I carefully research the service or product to make sure I am getting the most quality for my dollar.
I understand a client's need to come to me prepared with questions and ideas of their own. I welcome, appreciate and understand those clients. On the other hand, I want my clients to feel confident that I am an expert in my chosen areas. I am meticulous in my work product and take great pride in finding the best solutions for my clients.
I often review documents prepared by clients.
It would depend on the situation.
