How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have seen first-hand the hole that a loss or catastrophic injury can have leave on an entire family. I have also experienced first-hand, the advantage that billion dollar insurance companies and their lawyers have over injured victims and their families. I chose to represent individuals against these insurance companies so that I can hold them accountable and responsible for their actions.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

After being involved in a serious accident or having lost a loved one in a catastrophic accident, the most important decision an individual can make is choosing the right lawyer to represent them. Clients must make an informed decision when selecting their lawyer, making sure that they have the right experience, reputation, resources and track record to successfully prosecute their case.

I am happy to review any documents that are prepared by my clients at no charge.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

There is no sense in having an attorney if your case does not warrant one or having an attorney won't impact the outcome of your case. To that end, I am happy to give tips to clients who choose to represent themselves.
