I started with the law firm of Huffaker, Huffaker and Stephens. I handled all criminal, civil and business litigation. I specialized, eventually, in employment and insurance litigation on the civil side and continue to handle about 2 or 3 serious felony cases at a time. I now only do employment law as civil litigation. Most cases are sexual harassment / discrimination, or discrimination based on age, race or disability.

I am balanced: I am a professor who imparts his knowledge to others. I have many friends of all walks of life.

I am not afraid to sue the biggest companies.

Aggressive but gentlemanly.

Personal interests:

I am a water skier, snow skier and scuba diver. I use these sports as an excuse to travel the world.
