My firm is focused on offering statewide representation to personal injury victims in California. What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I think that clients should always stay informed and educated on the legal issues they are facing and therefore encourage any efforts to maintain this level of education.

I will review any and all documents that I believe will be beneficial to my primary goal of getting my clients the satisfactory result they are hoping for.

In our free case consultation, I will sit down to review my clients case and discuss with them how I will be best able to help them get to their desired goal.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I decided to become a lawyer, because I wanted to have a challenging career where I could constantly be working to better myself. The law is a complicated thing that is hard, if not impossible, to ever master and I liked the chance to constantly test myself day to day to make myself a better attorney.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My well-rounded experience in the field of personal injury has provided with me a full understanding of the area of law. I am thus able to understand each situation that my clients are in and give them the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over the years.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Personal injuries are terrifying, emotionally exhausting ordeals to begin with, and when you pile on the added struggle of having to deal with the legal battle to get your deserved compensation, they become even more difficult. I wanted to be able to help these victims get the resources they needed so that they could move forward successfully in their life.

What do you like best about your career?

I love being able to help those people who need it most. I am able to take some of the burden from their shoulders so that they are able to focus on healing. This is incredibly enriching, to be able to see a tangible difference I am making in my client's life and worth the challenge and struggle of fighting insurance companies.

I work with several experienced lawyers that are all focused on helping personal injury victims. We all share a vision and I know I can trust them to handle our clients with the same level of respect and dedication that I personally would.

What are your strengths and style?

I am compassionate to my client's struggles and work hard to make the journey through the legal system as painless and easy as possible. I am not able to erase the accident from their lives, but I do everything in my power to protect their rights and give them the best chance at a new life as I can.
