My firm was established when my business partners and myself joined up together to provide the residents of Los Angeles with creative and tenacious defense in the wake of criminal charges, regardless of the charges.

My firm is focused entirely on protecting the rights of clients who have recently been criminally charged. How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I chose criminal law because I honestly believe that every person deserves to have a voice. Regardless of the situation that they find themselves in, I believe that they deserve to be supported through the process so that they are able to find their just outcome regardless of the daunting circumstances that they find themselves facing.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe that clients should stay informed and involved in their case. I therefore am more than supportive of my clients staying educated on the legal issues that they are currently facing.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I will review all documents that I truly believe will be beneficial in my attempts to help my clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

In an initial case consultation, I will sit down and review the situation with my clients so that we can decide together how I will be able to best assist in the case.

Paul Takakjian

I was previously employed as a former Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney. I also have experience as a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist.

My previous experience as a prosecutor paired with my certification as a certified special allows me to provide my clients with dynamic and high-quality legal assistance that not every lawyer can boast of.

I am aggressive and hard-hitting in the face of daunting circumstances. Clients who work with me can be confident knowing that I will never be deterred by difficult situations and will instead dig in my heels to fight for their desirable result.
