I regularly see business clients that are at different stages of development. At the beginning of developing a business, a client needs help with setting up a corporation or LLC; the new business may need lease agreements reviewed, employment or independent contractor agreements reviewed. Later the client might want to expand, bring in new partners, and later the owners of the successful business may need to consider estate planning.

I enjoy the intellectual challenge of crafting solutions to meet the needs and desires of our clients. I enjoy helping people meet their business goals.

I am raising a special needs teenager. This life experience has made me a much better listener and more compassionate to the various challenges we face.

Most clients come into the office energized about their business. They appreciate the help we provide.

I am a solo practitioner, so all of my clients deal directly with me. I also have professional relationships with attorneys in other fields of law and with commercial accountants.
What are your strengths and style?
I listen very carefully to my clients concerns and desires. At the end of each telephone call or client meeting, we review what we covered and discuss areas in which we can help.
