Prudent business people should consult an experienced intellectual property attorney when they have specific questions and concerns about their businesses and their intellectual property needs.

Clients may represent their interests pro-se and upon the advice of counsel; however, many situations require negotiation by an experienced attorney, therefore self-representation might not be advisable.
